The Website is operated by ACTIONS BRIGHT LTD, Company number 16861246, registered at 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. For customer support, order questions, returns or legal notices, contact info@littlemaison.net.

1. Scope and acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Website, the placing of orders, the sale of products and the relationship between the customer and ACTIONS BRIGHT LTD. By browsing the Website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree that they form part of the contract between you and the seller.

These Terms are intended for consumer e-commerce sales. If you purchase as a business, reseller, agent or procurement intermediary, additional commercial terms may apply and statutory consumer rights may not apply in the same way.

2. Seller identification

The seller of record and operator of the Website is ACTIONS BRIGHT LTD. The Website is not a marketplace unless expressly stated. Orders placed through the Website are processed by the seller or its authorised service providers, including payment providers, fulfilment partners, courier services and customer support tools.

3. Products and product information

Little Maison offers premium children’s goods, baby and children’s lifestyle items, selected clothing, accessories, nursery products, textiles, gifts and related family products. Product descriptions, prices, images, specifications, sizes, materials, volumes, dimensions, availability and delivery options are displayed on the relevant product page and during checkout.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product pages accurate and up to date. However, minor variations in colour, packaging, batch presentation, texture, material, measurements or display appearance may occur due to photography, screen settings, supplier updates or normal manufacturing tolerances.

Always check size guides, age recommendations, safety warnings and product labels before use. Children must use relevant products under appropriate adult supervision.

4. Product availability and order acceptance

Adding a product to the cart does not reserve the product. A contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order by email or by making the order available for dispatch. We may refuse, cancel or limit an order where a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, restricted for delivery, suspected to be fraudulent, affected by a technical error or otherwise not capable of being fulfilled.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been captured, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method unless another lawful refund method is agreed.

5. Prices, taxes and charges

Prices are displayed in EUR, GBP or another currency displayed at checkout. The total order cost shown at checkout may include product price, applicable tax, shipping charges and any other charges displayed before payment. For deliveries outside the European Union or outside the seller’s domestic tax area, customs duties, import VAT, brokerage fees or local charges may be payable by the customer unless expressly included at checkout.

We may update prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already accepted, except where the displayed price was clearly incorrect and the customer could reasonably have recognised the error.

6. Payment

Payment methods are those displayed at checkout, which may include major payment cards, wallet payments, bank payment methods or other supported methods. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not normally store full payment card numbers on our own servers.

Payment authorisation does not guarantee order acceptance. Orders may be reviewed for fraud prevention, sanctions screening, address mismatch, chargeback risk, stock availability or delivery feasibility.

7. Delivery area and international delivery

We primarily serve customers within the European Union. Delivery to selected international or non-EU destinations may be available depending on product type, courier availability, customs requirements and checkout confirmation. Availability of international delivery does not guarantee that every product can be shipped to every destination.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays may occur due to customs checks, courier disruptions, seasonal peaks, incomplete addresses, customer absence, product restrictions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Customer obligations

  • Provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information.
  • Check the order summary, product details, size, quantity and delivery address before paying.
  • Ensure that the selected product is suitable for the intended use, age group, room, household or recipient.
  • Follow all product labels, warnings, care instructions and manufacturer guidance.
  • Inspect products promptly after delivery and contact customer support if an item is damaged, incorrect or missing.

9. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

Where mandatory consumer laws apply, consumers may have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to statutory exceptions and the specific conditions explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy. The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, incorrect or the seller has agreed otherwise.

For hygiene and child-safety reasons, opened feeding items, pacifiers, bottles, underwear, swimwear, bedding that has been used or removed from sealed hygienic packaging, personal care items and customised products may be excluded from return unless defective or incorrectly supplied.

10. Defective, damaged or incorrect products

If a product arrives damaged, defective or different from the product ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a clear description of the issue and photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label where relevant. Do not dispose of damaged goods or packaging until we have had a reasonable opportunity to review the claim.

11. Product safety and responsible use

Customers must use all children’s products responsibly and in accordance with product labels, age recommendations, warnings, instructions and applicable laws. Product safety information on the Website is provided for customer awareness and does not replace manufacturer instructions or common-sense safety precautions.

12. Brand independence and intellectual property

References to third-party brands, designers or manufacturers are used only to identify products and do not imply official brand affiliation unless expressly stated.

All Website content, including text, layout, product selections, design elements, logos, graphics and original photography, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce or exploit Website content for commercial purposes without written permission.

13. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions, discount codes and gift offers may be subject to specific conditions, expiry dates, minimum order values, product exclusions and availability. We may withdraw or correct a promotion where it is affected by misuse, technical error or obvious mistake.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, we are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss caused by misuse of products, failure to follow instructions, customer-provided address errors, customs delays or events beyond our reasonable control.

15. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We process customer information for order fulfilment, payment processing, delivery, customer support, legal compliance, fraud prevention, analytics and, where permitted, marketing communications.

16. Complaints and customer support

For any complaint or question, contact info@littlemaison.net. Include your order number, the email address used for the order and a clear description of the issue. We aim to handle complaints in a fair and commercially reasonable manner.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject always to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to a consumer in their country of residence.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to an order is the version available on the Website at the time the order is placed, unless a mandatory legal requirement applies differently.
