1. Delivery area
Little Maison primarily serves customers within the European Union. Delivery to selected international or non-EU destinations may be available depending on product category, stock location, courier availability, customs requirements and checkout confirmation. Selected international destinations may include Kazakhstan where available at checkout; this is not a guarantee that every product can be delivered there.
2. Checkout confirmation
Delivery availability, shipping cost and estimated delivery method are confirmed during checkout. If the checkout does not offer delivery to a specific country, region, postcode or product combination, the order may not be available for that destination.
3. Order processing
Orders are processed on business days, excluding public holidays and operational closure periods. Processing time may vary depending on stock availability, fraud checks, payment authorisation, packaging requirements and seasonal volume.
4. Delivery estimates
Delivery times displayed on the Website are estimates and may vary due to courier capacity, customs checks, weather, strikes, incomplete addresses, customer absence, high-volume periods or events outside our reasonable control. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date unless expressly confirmed in writing.
5. Couriers and fulfilment partners

6. Customer responsibility for address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment number, postcode, phone number where required and any access instructions. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
7. Failed delivery and uncollected parcels
If a parcel cannot be delivered, the courier may attempt redelivery, leave it at a collection point or return it to sender. If a parcel is returned because it was unclaimed, refused, blocked by customs due to customer inaction or addressed incorrectly, we may deduct reasonable shipping and return costs from any refund where permitted by law.
8. Customs, import charges and restrictions
For deliveries outside the European Union or outside the seller’s domestic customs area, the customer may be responsible for import duties, VAT, customs clearance, brokerage fees, local taxes and compliance with local import rules unless such charges are expressly included at checkout.
