Information to include when contacting us
- Order number, if available.

- Delivery country and postcode.
- Clear description of the issue.
- Photos of product, packaging and shipping label where relevant.
Response handling
We aim to respond to customer messages in a commercially reasonable time. Response time may be longer during weekends, public holidays, peak seasons, courier disruptions or where additional investigation is required.
Returns contact
Return requests should be sent to info@littlemaison.net before the product is shipped back. Customers should not send products to the registered office unless expressly instructed to do so, because the registered office may not be the return warehouse or fulfilment address.

Complaints procedure
